The draft Brexit agreement has received cabinet support and will face parliamentary tests. It is reported that the pro-Brexit parties may call for a vote of no confidence tomorrow.   • The Dow Jones Industrial Average closed at 25080.5 points, decreased by 205.99 points or 0.81%. The S&P 500 Index closed at 2701.58 points, decreased by 20.60 points or 0.76%. The NASDAQ index closed at 7136.39 points, decreased by 64.48 points or 0.90%.
