Investment Objective

The investment objective is to provide long-term capital appreciation with a total return greater than the return of the MSCI EMU Index on a rolling three-year basis.
The fund will primarily (meaning not less than 75% of its Net Asset Value) invest in equity securities traded principally on stock exchanges and regulated markets that the Manager has identified as undervalued and that are issued by companies that have their registered office or carry out a predominant portion of their economic activity (meaning not less than 51%) in countries that are members of the EMU.

1. Investment risk:
The fund is an investment fund. There is no guarantee of the repayment of principal.
The fund's investment portfolio may fall in value and therefore your investment in the fund may suffer losses.
2. Concentration risk:
The fund is subject to equity market risk. The value of equity securities is affected by the business, performance
and activities of individual companies as well as general market and economic conditions. A fall in their value will adversely impact the fund's net asset value.
3. Volatility and liquidity risk:
Investment in the fund is subject to volatility risks and the fund'sinvestments may exhibit significant short-term price fluctuation.
This will in turn affect the net asset value of the fund.
Investments of the fund may become illiquid it may not be possible to sell or buy these investments quickly enough to prevent or minimise a loss in net asset value of the fund.
4. Risk of using FDI for efficient portfolio management purposes:
In adverse situations, the fund's use of FDI may become ineffective for efficient portfolio management purposes.

5. European sovereign debt crisis:
The fund may invest substantially in European securities. The impact of any adverse economic or financial events in Europe may be significant and may adversely affect the value of the fund's investment in European securities, which may also be subject to increased risks of volatility, liquidity, credit, convertibility and currency fluctuations as a result of concerns over the fiscal conditions and sovereign credit risks that may be faced by one or more European countries.
